RUNNING FROM ZARAGOZA TO SORIA.

A man is going to run 160 kilometres from Zaragoza to Soria.

Jesús del Rio, from Soria, is 44 years old and lives in Zaragoza.

He wants to leave the Plaza del Pilar in Zaragoza at 21.00 hours on Saturday 25th July and he wants to arrive in Soria at 15.00 hours on Sunday 26th.

He will run with some friends and some of his family.

Un hombre va a correr 160 kilometros desde Zaragoza a Soria. Jesús del Rio, de Soria, tiene 44 añosy vive en Zaragoza. Quiere salir de la Plaza del Pilar en Zaragoza a las 21.00 el sábado 25 de julio y quiere llegar a Soria a las 15.00 horas del doming 26. Correrá con algunos amigos y parte de su familia.

ACTIVIDADES DE VERANO EN...MATALLANA by Pablo Ochagavías

SUMMER ACTIVITIES IN ...MATALLANA.

"WE KNOW WHAT WE EAT" in Matallana on 8th August and 6th September 2009.

It is an activity for the family. They offer a special dinner with food from Matallana.

There are workshops about food and about the sheep. There are guided tours to the different especies of sheep and to the Matallana fields.

Timetable:

11.00 - We leave Valladolid.

12.00 - We arrive at Matallana. Children: workshop, guided visit to the wool centre, to the sheep and to the pidgeon loft. Adults: guided tours to the Monastery, the wool centre, the sheep and the pidgeon loft.

14.00 - dinner: with young lamb from Matallana.

16.00 - games in the playground and walks on donkeys.

17.00 - we catch the bus to Valladolid.

Cost: adults 25€. Children: 19€.



ACTIVIDADES DE VERANO EN MATALLANA EN AGOSTO 2009.
"Sabemos lo que comemos" el 8 de agosto y el 6 de septiembre.
Es una actividad para la familia. Ofrecen una comida especial con alimentos de Matallana.
Hay talleres sobre alimentos y sobre las ovejas. Hay visitas guiadas a las diferentes especies de ovejas y a la finca de Matallana.
Horario:
11.00 - Salida de Valladolid.
12.00 - Llegada a Matallana. Niños: talleres, visitas guiadas al centro de la lana, a las ovejas y al palomar. Adultos: visitas guiadas al monasterio, el centro de la lana, las ovejas y el palomar.
14.00 - Comida: con lechazo de Matallana.
16.00 - Juegos en el parque infantil y paseos en burros.
17.00 - Cogemos el autobus a Valladolid.
Coste: Adultos 25€. Niños 19€.

FESTIVAL OF CLASSIC THEATRE IN OLMEDO

This summer we can see some wonderful plays in the Corrala of the Knight Palace in Olmedo.
The Corrala is a beautiful theatre in the open air that is behind the Palace in Olmedo.

- on 23rd July we will be able to see "Life is a Dream" by Calderón de la Barca at 23.00.
It lasts 105 minutes.

- on 25th July we will be able to see "The Lady Goblin" by Calderón de la Barca at 23.00.
It lasts 105 minutes.

- on 26th July we will be able to see "El Médico a palos" by Molière at 22.30.
It lasts 105 minutes.


The price for each play is 13€.
If you want, you can travel by bus from Valladolid.
The price for the theatre and the bus is 16€.
